• ·Account information: when you sign in with Discord, we receive your Discord username, Discord user ID, avatar, and email address. We do not receive your Discord password.
• ·Payment information: purchases are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects and handles your card details directly — we do not see or store full card numbers. We retain a record of your orders (amount, plan, date) and a Stripe payment reference.
• ·Service data: the proxy plans you purchase, bandwidth quotas and usage, and any IP addresses you add to your allowlist.
• ·Technical data: basic information needed to operate the site, such as session cookies for authentication and standard server logs.

2. How we use information

• ·To authenticate you and provide access to your dashboard and proxy credentials.
• ·To provision, deliver, and support the proxy service you purchase.
• ·To process payments and maintain order and billing records.
• ·To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• ·To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
• ·To comply with legal obligations (for example, tax and accounting).

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We share information only with the service providers needed to run the Services, and only as necessary:

• ·Discord — to authenticate your sign-in.
• ·Stripe — to process payments.
• ·Our upstream proxy provider — to provision and deliver the proxy service. A non-identifying account reference is shared so your plan can be created and managed.
• ·Infrastructure providers — hosting and database services that store the data required to operate the Services.
• ·Legal and safety — when required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the security of the Services.
• ·Business transfers — if the business is merged, acquired, or its assets are transferred, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required to keep you signed in and to operate the site. We do not use advertising or analytics-tracking cookies. Blocking essential cookies may prevent you from signing in.

5. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. We may retain certain records (such as order and payment history) for longer where required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.
