Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated July 13, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to everyone who uses Sacred Proxies. It exists to keep the network safe and lawful. It is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service. We may update it at any time. Violating it can result in immediate suspension or termination without refund and, where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement.

Prohibited activities

You may not use the Services to engage in, facilitate, or attempt any of the following:

  • ·Any activity that is illegal under applicable law, or that facilitates illegal activity by others.
  • ·Fraud of any kind, including payment fraud, carding, gift-card fraud, account takeover, credential stuffing, or unauthorized access to any account or system.
  • ·Accessing computers, networks, accounts, or data without authorization from the owner.
  • ·Denial-of-service or distributed denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, port scanning, packet flooding, or other network attacks or intrusion attempts.
  • ·Distributing malware, ransomware, spyware, or other malicious code, or operating command-and-control infrastructure.
  • ·Sending spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or phishing; harvesting credentials or personal data unlawfully.
  • ·Any activity involving child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or the exploitation or endangerment of minors. We report such activity to the relevant authorities.
  • ·Harassment, stalking, threats, doxxing, or incitement of violence.
  • ·Infringing intellectual property, including large-scale piracy or distribution of copyrighted or counterfeit goods.
  • ·Evading bans, sanctions, or export controls, or using the Services from or on behalf of sanctioned persons or jurisdictions.
  • ·Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing access to the Services without our prior written consent.

Responsible use

  • ·You must comply with the terms, acceptable-use rules, and robots directives of the destinations you access, and with all applicable data-protection and privacy laws (including how you handle any personal data you collect).
  • ·You are responsible for the traffic generated with your credentials. Keep them secret; do not share them publicly.
  • ·Automated access to third-party sites must respect their rules and applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use is permitted.

Upstream policies

Our residential bandwidth is sourced from an upstream provider whose own acceptable-use rules also apply to your traffic. Activity that would violate the upstream network’s policies is likewise prohibited here, and may result in your access being revoked by the upstream provider regardless of any action by us.

Enforcement

  • ·We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement.
  • ·We may suspend or terminate access immediately, with or without notice, and without refund, for conduct we reasonably believe violates this AUP or exposes us, our upstream provider, or others to risk.
  • ·Misuse that harms other customers or the integrity of the network may result in immediate suspension.
